Albemarle Baking Company’s award-winning breads, cakes, and pastries are handcrafted in their bakery using only the finest ingredients. Their breads are found on the tables of most of the finest dining establishments in Charlottesville!

Cou Cou Rachou breads and pastries knead the traditional with the whimsical, the indulgent with the wholesome, creating an inviting environment where palates are pleased, guests become amis, and bonjours turn to coucous.
Baker No Bakery
Chris(tina) is a baker without a bakery, originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. During 2021 she moved to Charlottesville, Virginia to continue operating her microbakery, where she makes a point to utilize local produce and interesting ingredients!
