  • Sister Circle Therapist, (Full-Time), The Women's Initiative (TWI); The Women’s Initiative is a nonprofit that provides vital mental health services to women through a culturally responsive, trauma-informed perspective, centered on the core belief in every woman’s innate capacity to heal. We are seeking a full-time mental health therapist to provide compassionate clinical care and coordinate community outreach and education efforts as a part of our Sister Circle Program for Black women. Successful candidates will have a minimum of one year of experience as a masters-level counselor or social worker and be team-oriented with a strengths-based approach to services. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about working with women of all backgrounds and has a demonstrated interest in multicultural issues with an emphasis on those affecting the Black community. Successful candidates will have a minimum of one year of experience as a masters-level counselor or social worker and be team-oriented with a strengths-based approach to services. The Bilingual Mental Health Therapist should have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and on social media platforms. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about working with women of all backgrounds and has a demonstrated interest in multicultural issues with an emphasis on those affecting the Latino community.   • Case Manager/Mental Health, (Full-time, $39,251.34/yr), Region Ten; Seeking individual with initiative to join a team of compassionate professionals.  The case manager will provide services to adults with a primary diagnosis of serious mental illness.  Our goal is to promote recovery and foster independence with each individual we serve.  The incumbent assesses each consumer’s strengths and needs and develops an individual service plan to include linking to needed services and resources, monitoring and coordinating services.   Serves as a liaison with consumers, families, and service providers.  Bachelor’s degree in human services field and one years’ related work experience required.  Must meet certification as Qualified Mental Health Professional – Adult ( QMHP  – Adult) as set forth by Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.
