Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)

In 2010 the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles announced that it would no longer accept Work Permits as a form of identification when applying to obtain or renew a driver’s license. This has made it difficult for many non-citizen immigrants to get their driver’s licenses.
